A Nigerian agricultural product enterprise mainly processes grains such as millet and red beans, whose products are supplied to many local supermarkets and stores. When switching between different weight packages (from 100g to 2kg), the parameters can be adjusted quickly; the weighing is accurate with minimal error; the packaging speed is also fast—one machine can pack 30-50 packs per minute, and three machines working together can pack more than 160,000 packs a day, fully meeting the order demand. Moreover, the bags are sealed tightly, so grains are no longer easy to go bad in the rainy season, and the loss rate has dropped from 12% to 3%.
Penglai Packaging also sent engineers to Nigeria to help install the machines, teach workers how to operate them, and left some vulnerable parts for future replacement. Now, the enterprise's production runs much more smoothly, customer complaints have decreased, and losses have been reduced.
