PL-220GSYB is Penglai’s 20-year know-how condensed into a “small-footprint, big-output” fully-electric high-speed sachet packer. At 900 × 700 × 1720 mm and only 300 kg it slips into a 6 m² room and runs on 220 V household power—no compressor needed. 80-150 bags/min, 1-30 g servo measuring-cup dosing, back- or side-seal selectable from the screen, and compatible with any heat-sealable laminated film. Coffee, sugar, seasonings, probiotics or TCM granules—change-over in 3 minutes. Ideal for small batches, SKU-rich portfolios and e-commerce fulfilment centres.

The PL-220GSYB is a fully-electric high-speed granule packaging machine created for start-ups and e-commerce fulfilment centres that need pharmaceutical-grade accuracy but have limited floor space. Measuring only 900 × 700 × 1720 mm, the unit slips through a standard door and runs on 220 V household power—no compressor, no extra wiring.

A servo-driven rotary measuring cup doses 1-30 g with ±0.1 g repeatability, while triple stepper motors pull film and seal at 80-150 bags/min. Change-over between back seal and side seal is done on the 10-inch colour touchscreen; no mechanical parts need to be swapped, so your operators finish SKU switching in under 3 minutes and are ready for the next batch.
