Core Working Principle

The workflow of the combination weigher is highly automated and efficient. First, materials are evenly distributed to each feeding hopper via a vibrating feeder. Each weighing hopper then independently measures the material weight and transmits real-time data to the central control system. The integrated PLC control system quickly calculates all possible weight combinations and selects the one closest to the target weight, ensuring consistent packaging quality. Finally, the qualified material combination is discharged into the packaging unit to complete bag making, sealing, date coding, and counting in one go.

Z-Type Feeder: Efficient and Gentle Material Conveying

The Z-type feeder (also known as Z-type bucket elevator) is a high-performance conveying equipment perfectly matched with the combination weigher. It integrates horizontal and vertical conveying into one unit, replacing the need for multiple separate conveying devices and optimizing workshop space utilization.

Working Principle

Materials are fed into the hoppers from the inlet, lifted vertically by the chain-driven hoppers to the top of the machine, and then flipped downward to discharge into the receiving trough. The entire conveying process is completed in a closed casing, ensuring no material leakage or dust emission. The lower part is equipped with a counterweight lever tensioning device that maintains constant tension automatically, preventing chain slipping or disengagement.
