Quantity Control
Our factory adheres to a stringent and quality-oriented production process, integrating multiple quality control checkpoints to ensure that every device delivered to our customers meets the highest standards. Here is an overview of our production process flow:

Materials: Production commences with the careful selection of high-quality metal materials. These materials undergo rigorous screening by IQC (Incoming Quality Control) to ensure that critical indicators such as strength and corrosion resistance fully meet the requirements.
Weld: Precision welding operations are carried out by experienced welders. Advanced techniques and equipment are employed during the welding process to ensure weld quality. Upon completion of welding, IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) is immediately conducted to promptly identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring a zero-defect welding process.
Assemble: The inspected components proceed to the assembly stage. Technicians strictly follow standardized procedures for assembly, ensuring precise coordination of all parts. IPQC2 conducts another inspection at this stage to ensure error-free assembly and coordinated operation of all systems.
Finished product: The assembled packing machine becomes a finished product awaiting inspection. Comprehensive functional and performance testing is conducted at this point, and only devices that meet all indicators can proceed to the next stage.
Debugging: Professional technicians conduct meticulous debugging of the finished products, simulating actual working scenarios and optimizing various parameters of the packing machine to ensure stable and efficient operation under different working conditions. After debugging, IPQC confirmation is required again to ensure qualification.
Customer acceptance: We highly value customer feedback. Customers are invited to conduct on-site acceptance, intuitively experiencing the operation and performance of the packing machine. We promptly respond to and address any feedback provided by the customers until they are satisfied.
Shipment: The packing machines that pass acceptance enter the OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) stage for final quality assurance. Devices that pass inspection are professionally packaged and transported reliably to ensure safe and intact delivery to the customer's designated location.
We consistently uphold an unwavering commitment to quality, providing customers with reliable and efficient packing machines and high-quality services through stringent control over the entire process.
