From first hello to second order in 90 days
  1. First contact
    Ms. Thu sent an Alibaba inquiry: 8-lane stick pack for 2-in-1 coffee, 6 g, 300 bags/min, space only 4 m long. We answered the same morning with a 3-D layout and invited her to a live video tour.
  2. Building trust
    She worried about coffee dust sticking to the sealer. We filmed a running machine with our dust-extraction hood and Teflon-coated jaws; the video convinced her within a day. A quick courier of sample sachets sealed the deal.
  3. Production & inspection
    Three weeks later the machine was ready. Thu flew in, ran her own coffee for half an hour, approved the output, and we packed the crate the next day.
  4. Shipping & arrival
    The unit reached Cat Lai port on schedule. Our local partner cleared customs in one morning and delivered straight to the plant.
  5. Start-up
    One engineer spent a single day on site: level, connect, train. By night-shift the line was doing 320 bags/min with 99 % seal approval.
  6. After-care
    We stayed online for the first month, adjusted the pull-belt PID remotely and sent spare Teflon clothes before she asked. Output kept climbing; labour fell by half.
